Yes, we ship worldwide! We have customers from all over the world from Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Germany and Singapore.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDERS?
We have a tracking code for all our orders so you know where your order is!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

UK Orders: Within 5 - 20 working days from order.

US Orders: Within 5 - 15 working days from order.

International Orders: It usually takes from 10 to 20 working days to ship to most countries, but sometimes the Customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security/inspection measure. On rare occasions these delays can range from 4 to 8 weeks

During the lead up to Christmas, mail delivery times are going to be at the upper end of our estimate and can take longer. Estimated delivery times are guidelines only. We cannot guarantee deliveries will arrive within these delivery windows.

**Items that contain battery inside may take additional five (5) days longer due to custom clearance.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We guarantee that your order will be well packed and will leave our premises in excellent condition. ekidshop will provide as much assistance as possible in tracing misdirected items but cannot be responsible for items lost by overseas postal services.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before your order has shipped. To cancel an order, please contact Customer Service at our support page. They will be happy to process your cancellation and refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method that was used at the time of purchase. It typically takes 2-3 business days for the funds to process back into your account. If your order has already shipped, you must follow our Returns and Exchange policy in order to receive a refund.

HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
Your item cannot be worn or washed and you will need to send your item back to our warehouse. Please email us for details.
We will email you once we receive it and process your refund. The money will be back in your account within 48 hours.
HOW DO I GO ABOUT EXCHANGING MY PRODUCT?
We do accept exchanges within one month of your receipt of the product. We only ask that these items are not worn or washed. Items that have been worn or washed cannot be accepted. To make an exchange, please send back the item with the original invoice (if you still have it) and a note explaining the changes you would like us to make. Your exchange will be sent out within 5-7 business days.
